Online Payments:
We accept online payments through UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and all major wallets in India. Our secure payment gateway, powered by RazorPay, ensures that your transactions are smooth and protected. RazorPay is a trusted partner in the industry, and we prioritize your security at every step of the process.

For any failed online transactions, refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment source. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. Failed transactions mean Bharat Arts & Crafts has not received the payment, and support for such issues is typically handled by your bank or card provider. However, we will do our best to assist you in such cases.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
We are excited to announce that we now offer Cash on Delivery for your purchases! To avail of this facility, customers are required to pay 40% of the total order value in advance. The remaining 60% will be collected when your order is delivered to your doorstep.

This policy allows us to ensure the security of both parties while maintaining the quality and efficiency of our service.
